Lenny was quick with communication and scheduling. Custom Upgrades was the third company we had come out to take a look at a roof leak. Lenny was honest, and fixed a nail hole that was causing the leak, and saved us the 15-17k the other two companies quoted for a new roof. I received a number of recommendations and quotes to replace my roof and I decided to contract with Custom Upgrades and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience and results. So happy I posted on NextDoor and saw Custom Upgrades, Inc. recommended. I had some shingles come loose during a windy couple of days. Lenny came over the same day and fixed the shingles and did a minor repair on a gutter. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend Lenny for any repairs you might have. My words can not discribe the level of satsifaction with choosing and using Custom Upgrades Inc. In my experiances in life I've come across many contractors who say they care about you ( the customer ) and for many contractors they are just words... I can tell you Custom Upgrade Inc. Stands far above the rest They and I've seen it first hand And I would recommend Custom Upgrade Inc. To anyone when asked, Compeditive pricing, outstanding customer service , professional staff, high quality material used, on time didn't leave until work was completed , Clean up was remarkable not a roofing nail was left behind, no residual scraps left behind, gutters where litteraly cleaned out by hand as part of the clean up , tarps used to ensure a thorough clean up , and to ensure your (my) yard was not littered with nails, and to top it all off they went around my property with an industrial magnet " just in case " I will be contacting Custom Upgrades Inc.
